Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of maidscchelplineglobal.com (the “Site”) and our client support services, operated by Maidscc Helpline Global Ltd (“Maidscc Helpline Global”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Our services
We provide client support for cleaning bookings, including answering questions, confirming, rescheduling or cancelling bookings and handling complaints, through our chat assistant, our careline and our human team (the “Services”). Cleaning services themselves are provided by the cleaning provider you booked with and are governed by that provider’s terms, which prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, scrape or copy content in bulk, or use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful or misleading material.
3. Chat assistant
Our chat assistant gives instant answers based on the information available to it. Answers about a specific booking are confirmed by a team member before they take effect. If anything looks wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, are owned by or licensed to Maidscc Helpline Global Ltd and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
5. Third-party services
The Services involve third parties such as cleaning providers and messaging platforms, and the Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Information on the Site is for general purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, Maidscc Helpline Global Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed GBP 100.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maidscc Helpline Global Ltd from any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
